My Autobiography From learning to read, write and draw as a young child to currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, learning has always been a significant part in my life. Thinking back from where I am today, it is overwhelming to think about the learning journey I went through. I was always surrounded by people who loved art in my family, starting from my mother to my sister and cousins who guided me to go towards art. At the elementary level, I was mostly exposed to teacher-centered teaching. The teacher used traditional methods such as chalk and conversation methods to teach us. As students, we did not have many opportunities to develop other skills that we might have. The teacher used the traditional method to explain each concept and we learned by rote learning too.
